Confused Because You Seem Invisible To Others?
Many factors contribute to a phenomenon called “invisibility”: interceptions, retrogrades; Neptune & Pluto aspects; the placement of Pisces and Scorpio; 12th house planets. We experience this invisibility as a mysterious and frustrating series of dilemmas; it is as if others are not able to see us/hear us even though we are standing right in front of them. Thus, invisibility forces us to individuate, to behave and live consistently as “myself” whether or not it is understood or approved by family, friends, or the societies in which we live.
Mutability: A Unique Modality
Undoing old patterns and changing into new ones seems to be the hallmark of mutable signs and houses. Our lives would be filled with dynamic beginnings and stagnant endings if the mutable signs refused to function. Evolving and integrating new forms, ideas, and behaviors requires flexibility. How can this modality function effectively without either the Sun or the Moon as ruler of any mutable signs? And yet, that is mutability’s challenge: to function between the Daylight and Nightlight, toiling and becoming in the fertile darkness.
Overcoming the Illusion of Opposites
It is possible to change the times, spaces, content and experiences of your life by focusing on planets squaring the nodes and/or chart angles. Planets conjunct, opposite or square to the angles and nodes focus your inner and outer journeys in this lifetime. Caught between both ends of these “tugs-of-war,” it seems impossible to create peace in yourself or between yourself and others. Recognizing the conflicts are within your own consciousness frees you to re-solve them by making courageous authentic personal choices.
